I will be in San Diego, US for the 2025 INTA Annual Meeting on 17-21 May 2025. A good way to keep up with the latest IP developments, to catch up with colleagues & friends from around the world 😎, and to make new connections.
The part of our work that will not be automated by AI is contact with clients & agents, understanding what they want, and using appropriate tools & IP types.
Clients need a specialist with a global outlook they can trust. Trust is a human-human relationship, strengthened by face-to-face contact and open / honest communication. If you already have/do this, you don’t need to worry about your future.
But we must keep up-to-date with all developments – not just AI, but also business practices, other IP types and online security. And maintain & build our global network of agents. #INTA2025 ticks all these boxes ✅.
