Congratulations to Alexander for a successful EQE appeal – see Linkedin post: www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-7297350451610415105-ZNm8/
It is a huge win for Alexander, but the EQE organisation make the appeal process very difficult and obscure. And even in this case where the DBoA expressed severe doubts about the consistency of the marking, there is no procedure to remark the exams of those who did not appeal, or appealed and withdrew.
Although not binding for other appeal cases, they will usually take it into account in any other A 2024 appeals that are still pending.
