This book replaces the Special Edition 3 from 2007 and the old EPC1973Ancillary Regulations book.
The only thing that you need from the old EPC1973 book are the Legal Advices

Is there any way of obtaining an only English version of the Anc. Reg. 2010, as illustrated here:http://www.eqe-online.org/forum/showthread.php?p=20536#post20536I think it would be easier to navigate in 470/3=157 pages than the complete 470 pages.
