Submit ANY complaints before the end of the day in which the exam took place.
The official complaint forms are difficult to find: Go to Official EPO EQE page, and scroll down to “EQE online”
You can file always file an appeal after receiving the marks. But if you raise any grounds that you could have raised before using the complaint forms (or messaging using your Candidate portal, they have a ground to ignore those arguments. By complaining immediately, you give the Examination Board the chance to take the issues into account during the marking.
Complaints can relate to ANY aspect where the exam or WISEflow deviated from your expectations, reducing your chances to pass. For example, unusual distractions, slow loading, slow invigilator response, blurred text, technical issues, unexpected difficulties, unexpected subject-matter, excessive subject-matter, difficult use of language, too little time to complete, difficult to compare parts of the exam in WISEflow, or too-complicated technology.
