Unitary Patent & UPC – Overviews

You should also know the basics of Unitary protection, enforcement & validity/invalidity proceedings for D2. For example, this brochure from TaylorWessing: unifiedpatentcourt.taylorwessing.com/.upc

For D2, you do not need to provide details of UPC proceedings – just be able to advise a client about that possibility / route, and what the consequences of any actions/inactions will have on their business.

For M4, more details could be required.
